CINDERLORE STUDIOS
Customer terms
These terms cover the Cinderlore website and optional customer accounts. Each asset’s license explains how you may use its files.
Effective September 6, 2026 · support@cinderlore.com
Accounts
You must be at least 13 to register. If you are not a legal adult where you live, you need a parent or guardian’s permission. Use an email address you control, keep your password private, and contact support if your account is compromised. Do not impersonate another person or try to access someone else’s account.
Free packs and your library
The current four free animation packs require no payment or subscription. You may download them without registering. Saving a pack to your account keeps a reference to it in your library; it is not a purchase or a separate paid license.
Asset use
The Cinderlore Free Animation License controls use of the four free packs, including personal, studio and monetized Roblox projects. Do not resell or redistribute the files as standalone assets. These website terms do not replace or reduce the permissions in that license.
Using the service
Do not abuse sign-in or download endpoints, bypass access controls, upload malicious content, or interfere with other users. We may restrict access to address security incidents, misuse or legal requirements. Contact support if you believe a restriction is a mistake.
Availability and support
Keep a local copy of files you download. Website access and account services may be interrupted for maintenance or other reasons; we do not promise uninterrupted access. Follow the pack’s installation guide and test it in your own Roblox experience. For download, account or licensing help, email support.
Privacy and changes
Our Privacy policy explains how we handle account and support information. We may update these terms as the service changes, with the current effective date shown above. Changes to these website terms do not retroactively replace a downloaded pack’s license. Nothing here removes rights that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.
