Privacy policy
This explains how Cinderlore Studios handles information when you browse our store, save free packs or contact support.

What we collect
You can download the free packs without an account. If you create an account, we store your email, a display name, any optional profile details you provide, saved packs, account download requests and communication preferences. Our authentication provider manages your password securely; it is not displayed in your profile or support tools.
Hosting and security services process technical information such as IP addresses, browser information, request times and error logs. If you email us, we receive the message and any attachments you choose to send. Please do not send passwords or payment-card details.
Why we use it
We use this information to provide sign-in and recovery, remember your library, deliver files, send requested account emails, answer support requests and protect the service from misuse. Optional marketing preferences start switched off. Changing those preferences does not turn off essential verification and security messages.
Services that help us operate
We use Vercel for hosting, Supabase for accounts and database storage, Resend for account emails, and Google Workspace for support email. Pages also request typefaces from Google Fonts. These providers process information needed to deliver their services. Information may be processed in the United States or other countries where our providers operate.
Browser storage
When you sign in, your browser stores session information to keep you signed in. Temporary browser storage also remembers verification and recovery steps. Signing out removes the current sign-in session. We do not use advertising pixels on this storefront or sell account information.
Your choices
You can update your profile and email preferences in Settings. To request a copy of your account information or ask us to delete your account, email support from your account address. We may need to verify ownership first. We retain account information while it is needed to provide your account, and may retain limited records for security, disputes or legal requirements. Backup copies may take longer to expire.
Age requirements
Account registration is for creators aged 13 or older. If you are under the age of legal adulthood where you live, involve your parent or guardian. Do not register an account if you are under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided personal information through an account, contact us so we can investigate and remove it where required.
