Version 1.0 | Effective September 6, 2026

1. The four free packs

This license covers the animations and accompanying import documentation supplied by Cinderlore Studios ("Cinderlore") in R15 Combat Starter Motions (F1), R15 NPC Interaction Sampler (F2), R15 Movement & Dash Sampler (F3), and R15 Fishing & Life-Skill Sampler (F4). It does not cover paid products, other free products, website artwork, trademarks, or third-party assets.

"You" means the individual creator, studio, or other organization obtaining a pack from Cinderlore. If you act for an organization, you must have authority to accept these terms for it. If you are not old enough to enter an agreement where you live, your parent or guardian must accept on your behalf.

2. Free personal and studio use

Cinderlore grants you a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, copy, and modify these animations for an unlimited number of Roblox experiences you own, operate, or develop for clients. Monetized games and paid client-development work are allowed. There is no seat limit, revenue limit, credit requirement, or later royalty for this permitted use.

You may change the animation timing, poses, blending, or implementation, and may use external editing tools to prepare animations for Roblox. You may upload your permitted versions under the Roblox account or group responsible for the experience. This includes authorizing Roblox's hosting and operation of those versions as required by its platform terms. These permissions do not authorize standalone asset sales or public asset-library distribution.

You may show the animations as part of gameplay, trailers, screenshots, streams, or tutorials. You do not need to credit Cinderlore, but must not claim you created the original animations.

3. Working with a team or client

Your employees and contractors may access the files and animation IDs privately as needed to work on your permitted projects. They must follow this license and may not reuse those copies for unrelated projects unless they obtain their own free license from Cinderlore.

For client work, the client must obtain its own free copy from Cinderlore before independently operating or maintaining the delivered project. You may then hand over the project and its integrated animations privately to that licensed client. A client does not need to purchase an upgrade for these four free packs.

Keep source files and IDs in access-controlled project storage. Sharing the official Cinderlore download page with another creator is always welcome.

4. No asset redistribution

You must not sell, sublicense, give away, mirror, or otherwise distribute the original or modified animation files as standalone assets. Do not include them in asset packs, public templates, starter kits, free models, open-source asset repositories, or other marketplace products.

Do not publish animation IDs as a reusable collection or grant unrelated people access to use them as their own assets. This restriction does not prohibit private project collaboration, uploads needed for a permitted experience, or technical exposure inherent in ordinary Roblox gameplay. It does prohibit offering the animations for others to reuse outside those permissions.

Changing names, poses, file formats, or other details does not remove these restrictions. Do not remove included ownership or license notices to conceal where the animations came from.

5. Roblox-only deployment

This license covers deployment in Roblox experiences, not games made for other engines or standalone animation libraries. Ask Cinderlore for separate written permission for other deployment uses. Editing in another tool solely to prepare a permitted Roblox version is allowed.

You must comply with Roblox's applicable terms and have permission to use any other content you add. Cinderlore is independent of Roblox Corporation. This license grants no ownership of or separate rights to Roblox's avatars, platform, or trademarks. No character rigs, props, gameplay systems, sounds, or effects are included by this license.

6. Ownership and duration

The original animations and documentation remain owned by Cinderlore or their respective rights holders. This license grants use rights, not ownership of the underlying content. Your rights in your own original work remain yours.

The license for a lawfully obtained copy continues indefinitely unless you materially breach these terms and do not fix the breach within 30 days after Cinderlore gives you notice. Unlicensed redistribution must stop immediately. If the license terminates, stop using and distributing the licensed animations and remove copies under your control, except archival copies required by law.

You do not need a Cinderlore account, purchase receipt, subscription, or certificate for these free packs. Later license changes will not reduce the rights already granted to a copy obtained under this version. Future downloads may be offered under different terms.

7. Compatibility and support

The packs are provided as-is, to the extent the law allows. Cinderlore does not promise fitness for every project, compatibility with every avatar scale or future Roblox change, uninterrupted downloads, or a particular support or update schedule. Test the animations in your own experience before releasing it.

To the extent permitted by law, Cinderlore is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses resulting from use of these free packs. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or takes away mandatory consumer rights.
