Refund policy

The four starter packs are free. No payment is taken to download them or save them to your library.

Free downloads

There is no purchase to refund for a free pack or a free customer account. You will not be charged later for downloading the current free starter collection.

Help with your pack

If a file will not download or you need help importing it, see our installation guide or email support@cinderlore.com. Include the pack name and a description of the issue.

Planned paid releases

The products listed as planned on our pricing page are not for sale, and we are not accepting preorders. Paid-product refund terms will be published before checkout becomes available.

An unexpected charge?

If you believe a charge is connected to Cinderlore, email support@cinderlore.com with the receipt or order reference, date and amount so we can investigate. Do not send card numbers, passwords or banking login details.

Your rights

This policy does not limit any rights or remedies that applicable consumer law gives you.
